We welcome athletes to trial for our Bendigo Strikers Victorian Netball League (VNL) team(s) for season 2024. Our selection trials are open to all age-eligible athletes. We look forward to seeing you there!

Development Academy (Athletes for 2008 or earlier)
Trial Dates
Screening Day*
Trial 1: Sunday 01 October; 1:30pm Registration for 2:00 - 5:00pm
Trials
Trial 2: Sunday 08 October; 6:00pm Arrival for 6:30 - 8:30pm
Trial 3**: Sunday 15 October; 4:00pm Arrival for 4:30 - 6:30pm (**if required)
Venue
All trials will be held at Red Energy Arena: 91 Inglis Street, West Bendigo VIC 3550.
Applications
All athletes are required to complete the registration form which can be accessed here: https://www.trybooking.com/CLOZC. There is a $15.00 non-refundable registration fee.
Applications close: Saturday 30 September, 2023 at 11:59 pm
Athletes are to wear white tops and dark bottoms.
*Screening Day: All athletes are welcome to attend our Screening Day as long as they are age-eligible (born in 2008 or earlier). Athletes who did not play VNL in 2003 must register and attend the Screening Day.
Exemptions
Suppose an athlete is unable to attend the first trial session. In that case, athletes must still complete the registration form and when prompted, provide an explanation of why they are unable to attend. All requests for exemptions will be reviewed by our selection panel and players will be notified as soon as possible if their exemption request if approved or denied. If denied, a full refund of the application fee will be provided.
